Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Swedish law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period.

The item must be returned unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Once we have received and approved the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Shipping Time

Orders within the EU are typically produced before shipping, which usually takes a few business days. Once the item has been dispatched, standard shipping within the EU generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Please note that total delivery time includes both production and shipping, and delays may occasionally occur during peak periods or due to customs or carrier handling within the EU.
